Aura Synthetic Finish
It is a gloss synthetic finish applied indoors and outdoors on any kind of wooden, wall, metal surfaces, iron constructions, and agricultural machines.
PROPERTIES
It is a solvent based finish with a special alkyd resin and formulation providing a high and lasting gloss. The product is highly resistant to yellowing. It ensures a perfect opacity and spreading feature on applied surfaces. Easy to apply with brush. It does not leave brush traces by forming a layer suitable for dredging, and it does not flow. Due to chemical additives it contained, it gives a slickness when touched after it is completely dry. It is highly resistant to dust and contamination over time. It is lead-free.

Viscosity: 90 KU -100 KU at 25°C.

Thickness: 8 microns
Solid matter quantity: 55%–60%
Brightness: 88 gloss (at 60°C)
Flashing point: 39–40°C
Drying period: Period to touch: 3 hours, Period to keep dust away: 5 hours, solid drying period: 15 hours
Application surfaces should be cleared from any kind of contamination such as grease, rust and swollen remnants. For surface preparation to provide adherence, Aura Synthetic Antirust or Aura Synthetic Primer should be applied. Aura Synthetic Finish is applied as 2 layers after surface preparation. Waiting period between the layers is 2-3 hours.
Prepared by thinning at a ratio of 10-15% with Kardelen Synthetic Thinner.
Depending on absorption properties of the surface, with 1 kg Aura Synthetic Finish, 7-9 m2 area can be painted in a single coat.
Storable for 2 years in cool and dry places away from direct sunlight between -5 and +30 °C with the lid tightly closed. Avoid freezing.
