It is a solvent-based, high-coverage, semi-matte appearance, opaque and protective topcoat panel door paint specially developed for american panel doors, wooden panel doors, mdf and solid wood surfaces.

Viscosity: (25°C, KU) 100-110
Brightness: (60°) 25-30 gloss
Solid Content: 80-85
Density: 1.55-1.60
Thinner: Synthetic Thinner
Recommended Application: two coats
Drying Time: (23°C) Touch Dry 1-2 Hours, full drying: 24 hours
Surfaces to be applied must be cleaned from all kinds of dirt, oil, dust and loose layers, and necessary surface correction procedures must be performed. The surface should be lightly sanded and sanding dust should be cleaned. Application can be done with a brush, roller or spray gun. It should be applied in two coats with 1-2 hour intervals by thinning with synthetic thinner at a rate of 10%-15%. Applied doors should be left open for 24 hours.
It is made ready for use by thinning with Kardelen synthetic thinner by 10-15%.
An area of 6-8m2 (6 doors) can be painted with 1 Kg Promax Solvent Based Panel Door Paint.
It can be stored for 2 years in cool, dry and sun-free places between -5 and +30 °C with the lid tightly closed. It should be protected from freezing.
