It allows the multi-layered paint, varnish, primer and putty on metal surfaces to be removed from the surface by softening them.

Properties

It is a solvent-based, general-purpose paint remover in gel form that penetrates deeply into dried, old paints and allows the paint to be removed without damaging the surface. It can be used for air-drying alkyd paints, water-based paints, two-component acrylic, polyurethane, epoxy and other coatings.

APPLICATION

It is applied in a single and thick layer. Instead of brushing onto the surface, spreading it like a paste provides a better coating. Thanks to its gel structure, it can be applied both vertically and horizontally. Before application, the surface to be stripped should be scratched with sandpaper. This process accelerates the penetration of the paint remover under the paint film and facilitates the stripping of the paint. After application, it is expected to penetrate the paint film for 5-15 minutes. This period may vary depending on the type of paint, thickness, and temperature. The softened paint is scraped off the surface. If necessary, the same process is repeated. To remove chemical residues from the surface, the surface is thoroughly cleaned and dried immediately after scraping. It is not applied to plastic surfaces. The mouth of the packaging should not be left open for a long time.

CONSUMPTION

3–5 m²/kg (Depending on the paint film thickness).

STORAGE

It can be stored for 1 year in its original unopened packaging in cool, dry, and well-ventilated environments at -5 to +20 °C, away from direct sunlight. Store locked up. Keep cool. Do not reuse the packaging.
