Fields Of Use

Promax Acrylic Road Marking Paint
It is used for marking road lines, on asphalt surfaces, for painting paving stones, and for parking lot markings.
Properties
It is a solvent-based, chlorinated rubber-based paint with high abrasion resistance, used for road and pavement markings. It has a high bonding strength, fast-drying, and friction-resistant structure.
The application surface must be sound, dry, clean, and in a condition to support the paint. Old painted or blistered surfaces must be scraped clean. The surface must be cleared of residues such as gravel, oil, dust, and dirt. As much as possible, application should not be made on loose ground or worn aggregate surfaces. Application should be carried out in weather conditions without precipitation or strong breezes. The ambient and asphalt temperature must be at least 15°C. If glass beads are to be applied to ensure road safety, especially for night vision, they should be added immediately after the paint application so that they reflect light from any source at the correct angle. When the material is first applied, the glass beads are invisible. However, they emerge after a while due to traffic abrasion. Over time, they continue their reflectivity duty, and the road lines acquire a bright appearance.
Can be used by diluting with Kardelen Cellulosic Thinner at a rate of 5-10%.
2–3 m²/kg per coat. Varies depending on surface type, absorbency, and application habits. A controlled sample study should be conducted for precise consumption.
