Fields Of Use

It can be safely used indoors and outdoors on metal, wood, and various building materials. It is suitable for use on industrial products such as machinery equipment, metal constructions, agricultural tools, home and garden equipment, tractors, trailers, valves, drums, steel tables, and cabinets. It can be applied directly to metal surfaces; it does not require anti-rust or primer.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Appearance: Semi-matt, smooth topcoat paint.

Viscosity: 90 KU–95 KU at 25°C.
Density: 1.15-1.20
Thinner: Water.
Fineness: 7-8 microns.
Solid content: 43 ± 2.
Drying time: Dust-free: 20-30 min, Touch dry: 1.5 – 2 hours, Full dry: 24 hours.
Gloss (60°C, on steel sheet): 15-20 gloss (may vary depending on color).

APPLICATION

The surfaces to be applied must be dry, clean, sound, and in a condition to support the paint. Oil, rust, dust, loose parts, or chemical residues on the surface should be removed by sanding or using appropriate surface cleaners if necessary. During application, the surface and ambient temperature must be between +5 °C and +30 °C. Application can be done by roller, brush, or air spray method. For spray application, a nozzle diameter of 0.013”–0.021”, an application angle of 65°–80°, and a pressure of 2100 psi are recommended. 2 or 3 coats of application are suggested. The waiting time between coats is 2 hours. Application should not be made on wet and damp surfaces. If application is to be carried out in closed areas, adequate ventilation must be provided.

THINNING

It is ready for use. If needed for spray application, a maximum of 5% water can be added.

CONSUMPTION

7-8 m²/lt for a 50-micron dry film thickness. Actual consumption may vary depending on the type of surface, film thickness, application method, and environmental conditions. A controlled sample study should be conducted to determine the exact consumption amount.

STORAGE

It can be stored for 2 years in its original unopened packaging, in indoor, dry areas protected from direct sunlight, at temperatures between 0°C and 35°C.
