Appearance: Matt paint
Chemical structure: silicone resin-based
Viscosity (25°C): 85 KU–95 KU
Solid Content (by weight): 70% – 75%
Fineness: 5 microns
Drying time (20°C): Touch dry: 1 hour, stackability: 24 hours, full cure: 30 min at 250 °C.
The surfaces to be applied must be free from all mechanical and chemical contaminants such as oil, dirt, rust, and oxide layers. The surface should be blasted in accordance with Sa 2½ (ISO 8501-1) standard. After blasting, the surface should be painted within 5 hours at most, depending on atmospheric conditions. The paint should be mixed thoroughly before application. During application, the surface and ambient temperature should be between +5 and +30 °C, and the relative humidity should be below 80%. It can be applied by airless spray, roller, or brush. The waiting time between coats is a minimum of 24 hours at 20°C or 30 minutes at 250°C. It can be applied to reach a total dry film thickness of 40-45 µ. For full cure, it should be kept at 250°C for 30 minutes.
It is ready for use and does not require thinning.
7-8 m²/L for 40-45 µ dry film thickness. It varies depending on the type of surface, absorbency, and application thickness. A controlled sample study should be conducted for exact consumption.
It can be stored for 2 years in its original unopened packaging, in cool, dry environments protected from direct sunlight, at temperatures between 0 and +30°C. It must be protected from freezing.
15 kg, 2.5 kg, 0.70 kg tin cans
Black, metallic grey
