Water Based Panel Door Paint
It can be used on American panel doors, massive wooden doors.
PROPERTIES
It is an acrylic resin, water based panel door finish specially developed for panel doors with Silk Flat appearance, having opacity and protective properties. It can be thinned with water. It illustrates the texture of wood. It is resistant to water and household chemicals. Due to unique pigments, fillers and p.v.a in its structure, it has a perfect opacity.
Appearance: silk, gloss.
Chemical Structure: Acrylic copolymer emulsion.
Viscosity: 115-120 KU at 25°C
Thinner: Water
Ph: 8-9
Density: 1,25 gr/ cm3
Solid Matter Quantity: 50% – 55%
Recommended Application: 2 coats Rub-out: higher than 300 rpm
Brightness: (85°C, gloss): 70-80/ (60°C, gloss): 30-35
Drying Period: Full drying period is max. 24 hours, waiting period between layers is min. 2-3 hours.
Application surfaces should be dry, clean and able to carry the paint. During the application and until complete drying of the products, ambient and surface temperature should be between +5°C to +30°C.
The product is ready to use.
Depending on absorption properties of the surface, with 1 kg product 8-12 m2 area can be painted in a single coat.
Storable for 2 years in cool and dry places away from direct sunlight between -5 and +30 °C with the lid tightly closed. Avoid freezing.
