Fields Of Use

It gives excellent results on all wooden surfaces such as doors, windows, fences, pergolas, eaves, benches, paneling, garden furniture, hobby products in indoor and outdoor areas. It cannot be used as an insulation material on its own.

Properties

High protection: It protects the wood against sunlight, moisture and other external factors. Thanks to its water-repellent feature, it prevents the wood from rotting. Since it has a flexible structure, it penetrates into the gaps of the wood and forms a protective layer.
Natural appearance: It reveals the natural texture of the wood with its transparent or tinted semi-transparent structure.
Environmentally friendly: Thanks to its water-based formula, its VOC values are quite low. It is odorless and easily cleaned. It does not contain heavy metals.
Long-lasting: It provides durability for many years thanks to high-quality acrylic components.
UV Resistance: With its pure acrylic structure, it protects the wood against sunlight and does not yellow.

APPLICATION

Surface Preparation: All contaminants such as oil, dirt, dust, sawdust, splinters, old paint residues on the surface are cleaned. The moisture content of the wood should be below 10-15%. The surface is made smooth by lightly sanding with 80/120 sandpaper and the dust is cleaned.
Environmental Conditions: During application, the ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C, and the relative humidity should be at least 40%.
Application: The varnish is mixed homogeneously. It is applied in thin layers without thinning, using a soft brush, roller, cloth or spraying method. Two coats are applied at intervals of at least 4-5 hours. It is not recommended to apply on painted or varnished surfaces.

THINNING

It is ready for use.

CONSUMPTION

10-12 m2/L in a single coat depending on the application method and the absorbency of the surface. A controlled sample study should be carried out for exact consumption.

STORAGE

It can be stored for up to 2 years in its unopened packaging in cool, dry places away from sunlight, between -5 and +30°C. It should be protected from freezing.
