Outdoor terraces, balconies, poolside areas, walkways, and landscaping; indoor showrooms, offices, decorative residential floors, and hallways; commercial spaces such as hotels, cafes, retail stores, and exhibition halls.
Properties
A seamless, decorative, and drainage-capable flooring system created by blending natural tumbled stones or colored quartz aggregates with UV-resistant, high-performance transparent binder systems. It can be formulated as water-permeable or impermeable upon request. The permeable system prevents puddles through its porous structure, providing excellent drainage. The impermeable system supports waterproofing. It is non-yellowing under sunlight and maintains its color. Its natural texture offers a slip-resistant surface in wet areas. No joints are required, creating spatial integrity. Offers a wide range of colors and stone sizes. Resistant to structural movements, abrasion, and impacts.

Chemical Structure: Solvent-Free Resin
Aggregate Size: Standard 2-4 mm or 4-6 mm
Application Thickness: Standard between 8 mm – 15 mm
Density: 1.05 – 1.15 g/cm³
Pot Life: 30 – 45 Minutes (20°C)
Drying Time: (23°C, 50% Humidity): Pedestrian Traffic: 12 – 24 Hours; Full Cure: 7 Days
The concrete or screed surface must be sound, clean, and dry (Moisture < 4%). If necessary, the surface should be prepared via diamond grinding or shot blasting. A suitable epoxy or polyurethane primer must be applied for perfect adhesion. Mix the stone binder with a low-speed mixer until homogeneous. Add this mixture to the mixer containing clean, dry aggregates and blend until all stones are fully coated. Pour the mortar and spread to the desired thickness using a gauge/trowel. Compact the surface by finishing. Protect from water and rain for the first 24 hours. Critical: Stones must be completely dry; moisture can react with the resin and cause foaming.
Aggregate (Stone): 15 – 20 kg/m² (for 10 mm thickness)
Binding Resin: 1.0 – 1.5 kg/m² (depending on stone type/size)
24 months in original packaging in dry/cool environments (+5°C to +30°C).
