Fields Of Use

Wood Filler
Used for filling cracks, holes, and joints on all types of solid wood, MDF, particleboard, and veneered surfaces indoors and outdoors. Ideal for furniture manufacturing, door and window frames, and parquet repairs.
Properties
Adheres deeply to wood fibers and integrates with the surface after drying, providing excellent adhesion. Thanks to its low shrinkage property, it does not lose volume during drying and does not crack or flake. Once hardened, it is easily sanded without clogging the sandpaper, leaving a smooth surface. It can be overcoated with all types of water and solvent-based varnishes, paints, or lacquers. Its water-based formula is eco-friendly and does not emit unpleasant odors in indoor applications.

Chemical Structure: Acrylic polymer emulsion
Appearance: Paste consistency, matt
Density: 1.75 ± 0.05
Solid Content: 80% ± 2
pH: 8-9
Application Temperature: Between +5 and +30 °C
Drying Times: (23 °C, 50% relative humidity): Touch dry: 30-60 min, Sanding time: 2-4 hours (varies by filling depth), Full hardening: 24 hours.
Surfaces must be dry, clean, and free from dust, oil, and old varnish residues. Do not apply on damp wood. Apply by pressing into gaps using a stainless steel putty knife or spatula. For deep gaps (more than 5 mm), it is recommended to apply in layers instead of a single thick coat, allowing drying time between layers.
