Specifications
Wood Glue is a water based polyvinyl acetate based, white colored glue with high adhesion capacity that forms a flexible and firm film layer after drying.
It is recommended to mix the product before application. It can be used in hot and cold press. Pressing at 2-5 kg / cm2 pressure for 5-15 minutes is sufficient for good adhesion. This period may vary depending on the type of wood and press temperature. The glue can be applied to surfaces with brush, roll or automatic machines. Surfaces to be bonded should be free from all kinds of dust, grease and contamination. Attention should be paid that ambient and surface temperature is between +5 and 30°C during bonding process and drying period. Application surfaces should be prevented from freezing. The glue should be applied in the amount overflowing from the edges, and the overflowing parts should be immediately wiped with a damp cloth. Gluing should be done within maximum 10 minutes after the application process.

Depending on the type, absorption properties, texture and film thickness of the application surface, covering area is 150-250 gr/m2.
Storable for 2 years in cool and dry places away from direct sunlight between -5 and +30 °C with the lid tightly closed. Avoid freezing.
