Aura Synthetic 3in1 Rust Tolerant
Used on all metal constructions, wrought iron, fences, machinery parts, and door/window frames indoors and outdoors. It also provides decorative protection on properly prepared wood and concrete surfaces. Ideal for areas where abrasive blasting is technically or economically unfeasible and direct protection of rusted metal surfaces is required.

Incorporates anti-rust, primer, and topcoat properties in a single product with its 3-in-1 technology. Saves time and costs by eliminating the need for additional products. Its rust-tolerant structure penetrates microscopic rust pores and integrates with the rust layer. It halts the progression of corrosion by cutting off oxygen contact. Acting as a superior shield, its special anti-corrosive components protect metal surfaces against moisture, saltwater, and sunlight. Thanks to its high leveling ability, it leaves no brush marks and forms a smooth, non-sagging film with high opacity and high gloss (90 gloss). Lead-free.

Gloss: 90 gloss (60° angle)
Flash Point: 39–40°C
Drying time: Dust-free: 5 hours, touch-dry: 7 hours, hard-dry: 24 hours.
Surfaces must be free of dust, grease, oil, and loose rust flakes. Thick rust and blistered old paint must be cleaned to St 2 / St 3 standards. Paint within 3 hours after cleaning. Mix with a mechanical stirrer. Apply in two coats for maximum resistance. Wait 24 hours between coats. Ambient temperature should be +5°C to 30°C. Surface temperature must be at least 3°C above the Dew Point.
10-15% with Kardelen Synthetic Thinner.
9-12 m²/kg or 12-15 m²/L per coat.
2 years in original unopened packaging. Protect from frost and extreme heat.
