Cellulosic Matte Varnish
A matte varnish formulated for use on all types of solid and veneered wooden surfaces in furniture for interior decoration. It is used as a topcoat over surfaces prepared with cellulosic, polyurethane, or polyester sanding sealers.
Properties
Formulated with a combination of nitrocellulose and special alkyds. Fast drying. Provides high surface hardness. Scratch-resistant. Spreads quickly and easily on the application surface, leaving no brush or roller marks. Forms a clear, transparent surface when dry.

Solid Content: 30%-34%
Gloss: 10 gloss
The application surface must be sound, dry, clean, and capable of supporting the paint. Old painted or blistered surfaces should be scraped clean. The surface must be free of residues such as oil, dust, and dirt. Applied by spray gun to sanded surfaces. For natural-looking surfaces where wood grain and vitality are desired, apply two or three cross-coats to surfaces previously treated with cellulosic, polyurethane, or polyester sanding sealer and sanded with 220 and 400 grit sandpaper. Allow 10-15 minutes of drying time between coats.
8-10 m²/L at a dry film thickness of 35-40 μ in a single coat. Varies depending on surface type, absorbency, and application habits. A controlled sample test should be conducted for exact consumption.
Can be stored for 2 years in unopened packaging in cool, dry places out of direct sunlight between -5°C and +30°C. Protect from freezing.
