Evoline Conversion Paint

The surface must be completely cleared of dust, dirt, oil, soap residue, silicone, polish, and all residues that reduce adhesion. Glossy surfaces should be sanded, then wiped with a damp cloth/suitable solvent-free cleaner and dried. Metal surfaces should be sandblasted and an anticorrosive primer should be applied. After the paint is mixed homogeneously, it is applied in two thin coats to the pre-prepared surface using a silk brush, velvet roller, or airless/air spray. A minimum of two hours (20 ± 2 °C, 50% RH) should be waited between coats. During application, the ambient and surface temperature should be between +5 °C and +30 °C, and relative humidity should be ≤ 80%. Avoid creating a thick film. Surfaces exposed to water should not be used for 2 days, and other surfaces for one day. For the first 7 days, water accumulation should not be allowed, it should be protected against impacts, and contact with hot pots/pans should be avoided. A coaster/trivet should be used for surface protection. After full cure, it can be cleaned using a wet soft cloth with neutral pH detergents. Abrasive sponges/chemicals should be avoided. Evoline Liquid Glass is recommended for high-use areas such as countertops.
