Chemical Structure: modified polymer, resin based
Density: 1,50 gr/cm3
Thinner: Water
Drying period: Full drying period is max. 24 hours, waiting time between the coats is 1-2 hours.
Any oil, grease and rust remnants weakening the adherence should be cleaned from the surface before application and there should be no loose particles on the surface. It should be thinned and made homogenous by mixing for at least 3-5 minutes. During application, the product should be mixed at regular intervals. Ambient temperature should be between 5°C and 30°C.
Depending on surface conditions, it is recommended to thin a 12 kg bucket with 4-6 lt clean water including no other solvent or foreign material; and to apply as a single coat.
Depending on absorption properties of the surface, 150- 200 gr/m2 1 kg Exposed Concrete Primer 4 to 6 m2 surface can be primed with a single layer.
