Kardelen Spray Paint (Cellulosic)

FIELDS OF USE

It is used on various surfaces such as wood, metal, glass, ceramic, plastic, paper, cardboard, concrete indoors and outdoors. It is also suitable to use for painting machines, spare parts, steel goods, wooden furniture, solid plastic, hobby and handcrafts, motorcycle / bicycle / auto etc.

PROPERTIES

It is a cellulosic and solvent based, fast drying, protective and decorative spray paint. It is resistant against fading, harsh weather conditions, impacts, scratches and water. It is lead-free and does not contain atmospheric pollutants and CFC gases harmful to the ozone layer.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Drying time: keeping the dust away in 10-15 minutes, touchable in 30-40 minutes, 20 minutes waiting time between coats, 24-30 hours solid drying time. Stated drying times are at 23 °C ambient temperature and 50 ± 2% relative humidity.

APPLICATION

Application surfaces should be cleaned from grease, rust, dirt and adherence reducing layers. A dry and durable surface should be provided. It is necessary to shake the bottle for at least 2 minutes before use. Air temperature should be between 5 to 25°C. Painting process should be done in layers for several times at 25-30 cm distances. During the application, a horizontal surface will give better results. After painting is finished, in order to prevent the spray paint from clogging, the bottle should be turned upside down and the valve should be pressed until clean gas is released.
