Fields Of Use

It is a high-performance liquid coating product that provides long-lasting protection. It can be applied to various surfaces such as tiles, ceramics, mosaics, porcelain, marble, granite, stone, wood, concrete. Its scratch and water resistance properties are utilized in areas such as countertops, shower cabins, wood, parquet, bathrooms, wc, balconies, terraces. At the same time, it can be used in areas where durability and aesthetic appearance are desired, such as tables, coffee tables, trays.

Properties

Structure: Solvent-based, two-component transparent varnish cured with acrylic resin and aliphatic isocyanate. Its spreading is quite good and it dries fast. It extends the life of your surfaces and keeps them bright and vivid as the first day.
Physical Resistance: It provides high resistance against impacts, scratches and abrasions by creating a hard surface with superior adhesion performance. Thus, it protects both the applied material and the paint on it. It provides resistance against marks left by hot pots and pans.
Chemical Resistance: It is resistant to household chemicals such as bleach. It does not absorb even tough stains such as tea, coffee, lipstick and is easily cleaned.
Gloss and UV: Offers high and permanent gloss. Thanks to its superior UV resistance, it is not affected by outdoor weather conditions and does not yellow or fade.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

APPLICATION

Surface preparation: Application surfaces are cleaned of residues such as dirt, oil, dust and rust that are clean, sound and will prevent paint adhesion. Sanded surface provides better adhesion. Product Preparation: A and B components are mixed in the specified ratios (4+1). (Packages are prepared according to the full mixing ratio, material should not be increased.) Component A is started to be mixed with a mechanical mixer and component B is added slowly and mixing is continued for 5-10 minutes. Application: It can be applied with silk roller, mohair roller, silk brush or spraying. During application, the surface and ambient temperature should be between +5 and +30°C and the relative humidity should be at most 60%. Application is not made under rain. The pot life of the mixture is 30 minutes – 1 hour at 20°C. It can be applied directly on the surface or on intermediate/primer/base/topcoat paints.

THINNING

It is ready for use.

CONSUMPTION

8-10 m2/kg in a single coat. Consumption varies according to the type of surface, absorbency and application habits. A controlled sample study should be carried out for exact consumption.

STORAGE

It can be stored for 2 years in its unopened packaging in cool, dry environments away from direct sunlight. It should be protected from freezing.
