Viscosity: 100KU–110 KU at 25°C
Thinner: Epoxy Thinner
Solid Content: 75% – 77%
Fineness: 5 microns
Drying time: At 20°C touch dry 20 – 30 min, full curing time 7 days
The surfaces to be applied must be cleared of all kinds of mechanical and chemical contaminants. The surface must be cleaned by sandblasting in accordance with Sa 2½ (ISO 8501-1) standard. After sandblasting, the surface should be primed within a maximum of 5 hours, depending on atmospheric conditions. To prepare the mixture, 2 Kg of hardener is added to 16 Kg of paint. Components A and B are mixed until homogeneous; after mixing, it is allowed to rest for 5–10 minutes. It should not be used outside the specified mixing ratio. The pot life of the mixture is 1.5 – 2 hours at 20°C. During application, it is recommended that the surface and ambient temperature be in the range of +5 to +30 °C; cold and high humidity conditions extend the drying time. It can be applied by spraying, roller, or brush. The waiting time between coats is a minimum of 6 hours at 20°C.
It can be thinned up to 20% with Epoxy Thinner.
6-7 m²/kg. It varies depending on the type of surface, its absorbency, and the application thickness. A controlled sample study should be conducted for exact consumption.
It can be stored for 1 year in its unopened packaging in cool, dry places away from direct sunlight at between 0 and +30°C. It must be protected from freezing.
